SPR# MIAS6XAJSM - The CPU utilization platform statistics values may contain large negative numbers. This occurs when an unsigned integer value contains a very small negative number which is treated as a very large positive number when computing the percentage for the CPU utilization. This fix corrects the usage of the values. A positive value between 0 and 100 will be generated.
